The Olney Place in Belvedere, NC is now presenting a Classic Country Dinner Theater and Show on a regular basis. On Friday and Saturday the 19th and 20th of September, I'll be on steel guitar with "Garland Abbott III & Friends" for a set or two of Classic Country favorites. The band consists of Garland on bass & vocals, Tee Meroney on lead guitar & vocals, Lonnie Godfrey on drums, and myself on pedal steel, lead guitar, & mandolin.
The regular cast consists of Gene Baker, Steve Casper, Wade Casper, Chuck Hodges, Delores Hollowell, and Connie Townsend. I don't know what any of them do as I've never met them.

Chuck Hodges is The Son of Uncle Charlie Hambone Hodges and a pretty good picker himself. His name is Charles H. Hodges Jr and a couple of these guys may be related to Wolfman Jack, I know Chuck is His Nephew. Good Luck With This.

Thanks John! We had a rehearsal yesterday afternoon and had our first view of the facility. It in some woods right in the middle of nowhere but a really nice large facility with a good size stage.
It's kind of a replica of the Prarie Home Companion radio show up north complete with fake commercials and all. I was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to the coming weekend........JH in Va.
