Just want to say that Norm Hamlet did a super job on the steel and the whole Merle show was simply spectangular on Tuesday night. The theatre holds 5000 and both the Tues and Wed night shows were sold out. Ole Hag still has a big following, and it was nice to see Norm doing his bit. Keep up the good work guys.
The pic was taken from the screen because I was closer to it than the stage!!!

My band had the honor of opening for Merle on August 2nd. I was blown away by how Norm still had it. He will always be one of the greats in my eyes. |

Thanks Zach. There's just something about Norm's playing that seems to fit right into to Mere's sound naturally.
