I reveived a catalog of Hawaiian Music, from ventura CA. It said "mahalo for your recent inquiry" Interesting, because I never heard of them before. It is a very nice catalog with noting but Hawaiian music. Jerry Byrd and many others. I also noticed a CD that says "History of Hawaiian Steel Guitar" Their web cite is.
