Beginner Book (& CD) for Limited Configuration

I'm a "newbe" looking for a good instruction book with a cd or dvd. I have a MSA ProAm SideKick with 3 pedals and only 1 knee lever. (it lowers the Es) I don't think I can modify (add to) my set up. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Andy...I typed in Sidekick on the Search feature and a lot of posts came up.
