Stringmaster refinished

where can i send off my 56 fender t-8 to have it repainted .the cabs need some fill work done in a few places where there are some small gouges but otherwise its in good shape.i have take it all apart and its ready to ship.also need some stuff re-chromed for it ,need idea on where for that too.
