Peavey 1502-4DT Speaker

I found a Session 500 with a replacement speaker. Any feedback on this one ? Is that a bass speaker ?

I have 2 SESSION 500 amps and 1 of them has this speaker. It is my favorite of the two.
To my ears it seems to be fuller-sounding, overall.

Seems like there was a fairly recent tread about these speakers.

I seem to remember a post about something other than our usual 1501 being a good match for an Evans. Couldn`t find it in a search. Was it Herb Stiener?
Anyhow, I guess it`s the deep basket?
