I just got a Sho~Bud Professional, so I figured I'd start a thread to show pics of mine, and hopefully other Professional owners can show off their beasts here as well.
A fellow forum member tipped me off to this one in Ontario. It was over $200 alone to ship it here! Ha! It was worth it, because this guitar has virtually no finish flaws and is set up perfectly. Apparently Al Brisco went through it last Fall. He did a great job. It holds its tune, the pickups and coil taps are very quiet, and she's lightweight....just kidding! What a sound out of this beast. I will be doing a youtube clip in the next few days. Here are a few pics:

That's cool, Jeff! It must have been a chore dragging them around on the road, though. It was a chore for me to just get it from the UPS truck inside the house!
I guess I won't be bringing this one on the plane to use at your show.....the Blackjack will have to suffice. It suffices well, I may add.

Thanks, Ryan. I had to do something to cheer myself up after letting go of my blonde Pro 1 last Fall! It's great getting back to C6 as well. I'm not as adept over there, but can get by and have fun with pedals 5-6 anyway.
Andy, I look forward to seeing your pics. You're lucky to have Ricky Davis setting up your guitar. He knows the R+B inside out, and his past posts have been a great education into this oft-misunderstood mechanism.

Hey Chris, congratulations. That is a cool guitar. I’m a huge fan of these guitars, I have one just like it except where yours has “virtually no finish flaws” mine is kind of beat… Still, it’s the guitar I learned on (after I got rid of my Maverick some 12-13 years ago) and even though I usually go with a single neck to the gig, I still like the pedal action on this one better than all of my others. Your new one looks clean! Don’t be surprised if you start lugging that heavy thing to the gig – they play and sound killer. I know a lot of guys are rebuilding these guitars but they are awesome just as they are too. The rack and barrel gets a bad rap – it’s a cool system.

The green on mine has turned that way from the original blue green. I didn't know that until I replaced my fretboards.

Wow Chris, your timing with this post is perfect. Great looking steels. My wife and I just got home from Nashville Sunday after picking this one up from Jeff Surratt. It has had a complete Marrs conversion and A J Nelson refinish. I promise it is not the same guitar as Joe Camacho's
Joe, I replied to a post of yours about a year ago, about having this done to your guitar. You can come try it out now.

The finish on that Sho-Bud of yours has to be the best in the world! I marvel at the smooth, glossy finish that is without a blemish. That color scheme is the best for my eyes. If I build another steel, these are the colors I will use.
