Hi folks,

Last night I played a gig at the lovely small venue Bom Bane's here in Brighton. It is a very good and relaxed atmosphere at this venue, and the talented multi-instrumentalist (and venue co-owner) Nick Pynn joined me on fiddle for my last tune. We had never played together before. Here is a video:

It was a lot of fun! After the venue was closed we played some more (a bit from this is also in the above video). I think the Weissenborn/fiddle combo works really well, and it was great to play with Nick. Smile

Cool Very Happy All right, Fred! I enjoyed that. Fun, fearless, and "hot off the presses". You're fortunate-- a clubowner who can jam like that is a real find.

I especially liked the sound of the pizzicato fiddle (plucked) against the Weissenborn's sound. Nice job!
