I am a big Johnny Horton fan, and I thought I'd heard all of his stuff. But, I was YouTube surfin',and I run across a song he sang called "Words". It is a beautiful song, even has some lap steel in it. Anyone ever hear of it? Does anybody have the lyrics or tab? |

I'll have to look for that. I've heard that Don Helms did some work for him. It may be him on steel. _________________ Amor vincit omnia |

The original version of the song was cut in 1951, no session info available. Johnny cut another version in 1959, but that one didn't have steel.
Kind Regards, Walter _________________ www.lloydgreentribute.com |
