Crafters - Great Customer Service!

I'm posting to record my high praise of Crafters of Tennessee and its President, Mark Taylor.

I purchased a guitar through a Crafters employee. At the time I didn't realize that the employee was dealing seconds on the side. There were problems with the guitar. Despite the fact that the employee was no longer with the company, Mark Taylor repaired the guitar. It took a while, but Mr. Taylor provided me with full satisfaction.
