Q: which would be more similar to a Goodich 120 in terms of feel (i.e., where the pivot is).

Thanks,

Dan

Comparing my Fender (the near one, not the V/T behind it)

with this Sho-Bud in a recent thread

I would say the 'Bud. The Fender pivot is centered and, IMO, is better suited for standing than sitting----full-on position has your toe pointing down which for a me is a bit of an uncomfortable strain on achilles, shin, whatever else I've got that can hurt.

The Sho~Bud (like the Bigsby) is big, clunky, bulky, and heavy. The Fender, with it's chrome-plated steel case, is small and light. I've used the same Fender Pedal since 1964, and the others aren't even in the same league.

For me, the Fender center pivot is the easiest working, smallest, easiest to service, best-shielded, and lightest pedal made. No spring or tension adjustments are needed to keep it in any position, and just the weight of my 7/8" bar will operate the pedal.

THAT'S AN EASY ACTION!

In pot pedals, the Goodrich rates second, and nothing else even comes close, IMHO.
