Man are you lucky... If I had that herd, I wouldn't have a wife to buy a couch for. Laughing

Real pretty couch!

I really love the way the subdued stripes and solid print contrast with each other. It seems to compliment everything else in the room. Great choice!!
Happy New Year!!

Cheers!

Ross, I had no idea about your fine taste in couches!
I admire your taste in towel colors as well!
Too bad you cluttered things up with all the weird looking hardware in front of it Winking

Seriously- I had no idea that you had all these fine steels and guitars in your inventory. Eye candy my friend!

sorry for the misleading pic....the PS112 and the Show Pro aren't mine , but both were here when the couch came in and my wife's mom requested a pic of the couch.

photo credit goes to my pal and fellow forumite Josh Yenne (that killer Show Pro is his...but he may not get it back if it comes here again!)

She also let you lean your guitars up against those four sewing machines. Rolling Eyes

The couch is great but the rug really makes the room.

sorry... I didn't read all the posts before I commented and hadn't noticed that Kevin already invoked THE DUDE.... and more accurately. So much for my misguided effort at a clever post!!! LOL

We can see the Fender, Sho-Pro, and Sierra logos. What is the gearless in back on the right? and what kind of guitars are those hollow bodies?

Mike, the gearless is a Lamar. I am guessing the hollow body in the foreground to be a Høfner?

The keyless cutie in the back corner is my S10 Lamar, the two semi hollows
(335 type center blocks) are guitars I built under the tutelage of Taku Sakashta (RIP Tak!). This is Taku's wonderful design although the ones he built I believe were all full hollow single pickup jazz guitars.

You can see more of this design at: www.sakashtaguitars.com

and close ups of mine at www.six-ninedesign.com

oh yeah and the tele is a really a '51!

That'd be cool Dave, but will your wife let you bring all the couches over?

Thanks for the compliment Mike...I see you listed to perform at the Phoenix show. You gave me some very good advice that I still appreciate when I first showed up here on the forum almost exactly 2 years ago. I'll be at the show and look forward to meeting you in person.

Ross,
The couch and the rug are nice focal points,
but what your really need to pull this room together
is a Ficus Tree!
