I have seen those on ebay sometimes..
very beautiful.
I play 22 1/2" lap steels and have begun making a few.
I am always interested in fretboard applications.
that looks nice.

Browse thru his stuff HERE:

Some outrageous (low) prices, some crazy/ornate work. I'd worry about fret & fingerboard quality on the guitar stuff at the prices he's selling them for. But for lap steel, who cares. Neat.

I bought a 5-string neck from one of these guys. It came last week, and it's very, very nice! Probably needs a fret leveling, and a few other touches, but it was $65, plus $30 shipping. Came in a week. MOP and Abalone flying dragon. Really a no-brainer!

At last Bruce has done it, I've been asking him for over a year to include 22 1/2" as well as the 25" scale that he has always made.
His work is so ornate.
Now, if only he'd TAPER them from 62mm to 66mm at the pick-up end, then they'd fit standard 8 string Steels.
You can always ask him to make a 'One-Off' for you, he's MOST obliging.
