I recently purchased a push pull. It's been a long time since I have played one and I can't remember how to tune it correctly.
Everything works good except on the Knee lever that lowers the second string. It seems to be in a bind. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tune the lowers at the top row of set screws. Tune the raises by "mashing:)" the pedal of the string you're tuning and tuning that raise at the keyhead. Then release the pedal and tune that setscrew at the lower screw position.
I'm assuming you have your second string lower on the right knee going right. I would look to see if there are other changes on that knee that are not timed properly. You want to have all of your changes on that knee lever, stopping at the same time. If they don't then your lever probably won't feel right. It might be a problem with just your second string but we'll need more info to help you out. look for John Lacey's website for info on adjusting a push pull guitar.
