Hi Guys
My second video from one of Gerry's festivals.
I nearly swore at the bloke moving the mic stand, right in the middle of the song. Hey Ho !
It was more me being nervous than him moving the stand.
I still don't know how to get a direct link to it.
Are you there John please ???
"http://www.youtube.com/v/VI2VOqD3QHY" ???? is this it ?.
If not search 'Slow Boat To China', 'Denley1ststeel'
I'd appreciate it if you could let me know how to get a direct link.
Thanks again guys

Barry , your Sho-Bud look like one I sold back in 1979 ish. Did you redo the under side , I remember someone from your part of the country buying it.
also there is a shot near the end of this video that might help..

Hi Paul, John.
The guitar was a Pro III custom, that Ron Bennett and Eddie Clayton had customised a little. They, even at that time, had put some adjustable half stops at the back of the fingers. Alas it was the pot metal version and I did have a few disasters with it. The amp was a session 5. I think Gary the guitarist used a twin and I just plugged into the five. Gary is now a superb jazz player and still lives in Liverpool, England. His idol is Django, though Roy Nichols really got him interested in country with a jazz feel.
Cheers guys
