Looks like I'll be there Don. Someone needs to keep an eye on Ernie. Laughing There's a good chance I'll be here for the next meeting also, but don't know if I'll be in any condition to play. Depends on when they operate Rolling Eyes

It's Ernie's steel of the month club.
We never know from month to month what he'll buy and sell.

Glad you can make the jam Fred.

Ernie, are you saying I could sound better if I played a Williams? I thought you sounded great when you played the Sho-Bud or the Carter. I'm looking forward to hearing this new guitar. I like the sound of my Emmons but it doesn't play as smooth as my Mullen. I can't drag both of them around Sad Decisions, decisions!!

It was a great jam guys. It was wonderful seeing Lou again, and a real treat hearing him sing his song "Still a Lot of Love in San Antone". Great voice and super nice guy!!
Ernie, your Williams sounded great and you did a great job playing it. I know it's not easy playing a new steel in front of an audience, without enough warm-up time, but you did yourself proud!
I had a ball and I would say the folks in the audience did too, from what they told me after the jam.
It's wonderful seeing Jack D and Jack S doing so well, after what they've been through with the big 'C'. I'm just starting the journey and hope I do as well.
Thanks again for letting me be a part of this wonderful group of pickers.

I thought everyone sounded good last night. I like Ernie's new "Willy" - I'm not in the market for a new steel but if I was the Williams would be on my "short list".

I didn't see Tony on drums until the end. It looked like he was playing "official photographer" last night. Very Happy

we all need to pray for Fred and his upcoming surgery. He will be going into Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa shortly.

Next club jam will be May 14th.

Thanks to everyone for participating and helping.

I just want to say "DITTO" to what Jack, Ernie and Fred wrote.
We had a great jam last night. Thanks to the folks who came to listen.

I also want to thank the band for the super job they did backing us up, Tom, Clyde, Bernie, George, Carl & Tony.

Thanks to Lee Holloway for giving up his playing time so Tom could sit in on the band.
That was very nice of you to do that.

Fred, I wish you the best in your upcoming "C" surgery.
We all want you around for a long time.

Ernie you sounded great on your new Williams last night.
Now don't go selling it on us.

I want to thank Jack Stoner for letting me use his NV112 amp last night after mine had a malfunction problem.

Mike Brown you may be hearing from me if it's not a loose wire.
