Played on a cheap Artisan lap steel that I converted to 8 strings. Using an extended Leavitt tuning..
Lo to hi: A C# E G Bb C D F
This was an experiment to see if I could get those cool turnaround chords using a lap steel. No bar slants needed with the Leavitt tuning...but... uses a lot of open string work.
Due to some health issues in my Autumn years, my playing skills have declined, but if anyone wants to tackle this I'll work up a tab. Let me know.
In the meantime, I think the video is useful in showing how the Leavitt tuning can be used for a lot of nice sounds.

It sure seems like all of the chords are there. That's some cool tuning. Uncle Andy Greatrix turned me on to it, I've just never really experimented with it. |

That was very good. I'd like to see the tab to that. Thanks, Don |
