It was great to meet everyone in person (Rick, George, Jeff, etc) that I've communicated with on the forum for so long. I appreciate all the kind words and the positive response to my lap steels. Sold 4 of the 5 that I took,,,and have orders for several more. I'm very humbled by the acceptance of my feeble efforts. THANKS to everyone!!!!!

Sonny, your efforts are anything but feeble!
You brought an impressive collection of beautiful well built but low priced Steels.
8 stringers no less.
It was nice to meet you and I enjoyed our conversations a lot.
Guys, I predicted Sonny would sell them all - and he sold all but the red one.
But then he got several orders for natural finish steels, so I wasn't far off!
Anyone looking for a low priced well made 8 string steel should talk to Sonny.

You guys are great,,look forward to seeing you next year!!!

Hey Norm,,,good to meet you and visit with you. Yes, I got some more real nice wood today,,,some birds eye maple, some deep red honduras mahogany and a beautiful straight grained red hard wood called Makore,,,very dense, should have great tone quality. I'm ready to build some more inventory for next year,,LOL.

Sonny, Glad i got to meet you at the Dallas show and see all those nice key-less steels,I just had to buy the natural one. I just got home from Austin and had a great time there, saw Neil Flanz with Alvin Crow at the Spoke. It was great having breakfest every morning with you and Mike. Hope everything went well with the passing of your Mother inlaw.
PS. the guitar has a great tone and feel, I'am going to play it on a job this weekend. Thanks for the great work.
keep in touch, Drew
