I played this guitar, back when Phil's Guitars was in South San Francisco. It looks like it's a factory original guitar. The sound was unremarkable, but the look... I've never seen another one like it.

A LOT of the parts look like "Concord" I'll check with the 'Guru' Mr. Marsden.

I would guess that Phil Emerson would be the person to talk to about the stand, since it's his picture.
(By the way, Phil is an excellent guitarist and the brother of Ken Emerson, a noted steel player.)
