Emmons P/P set up in Portland OR?

Anyone know someone who's good with steel repair / set up in Portland? I'm new to the area. I heard that Sierra Guitars is in Gresham (which is the neighboring city)?

Any input from personal experience or a kick in the right direction would be great, thanks guys!
