I was listening to the Opry over the internet tonight and I heard the Time Jumpers. I was wondering who is now playing steel guitar with the band? Dawn Sears sang the old country classic "Helpless" and the steel was really great.

Mikey, I don't think you're allowed to say 'doncha know' anymore on this Forum. Better watch it, DYK.

You've got to be kidding.
Paul Franklin plays with the "Tme Jumpers" now...and play he does! The Opry musicians flock to the stage to hear Paul play a solo, me included. Such taste and tone and he does it effortlessly. Always on the mark and the definition of gentleman. The screams from the crowd when Paul plays a solo are loud and the applause like thunder. So nice to see Joe Public appreciate world class pedal steel guitar playing.

So now we have Billy Franklin, Bob Franklin Ben Franklin and even JOE Public !

How great is that!

The good news for us is that we will be in Nville this week and will be able to go back to the Station Inn, sadly we will miss John but certainly we will be able to enjoy the TJ's with PF.

And yes, probably even drive up to see BS who hopefully will not fill me up with BS !
