I was able to make my reservation yesterday evening.
What I found out is if they say they are going to transfer you to reservations, say no. That would transfer you to the National reservation center and they have no record of the Steel Guitar Show. It has to be done by the local people and if they are busy, they will want to transfer your call.
That was my take. I had to call 2-3 times before I got it done. It has not been that way in the past. It sounded like new employees to me.

I made our reservations tonight with out any trouble at all. I was directed to the 1-800 reservations number, and they fixed me right up. Don't forget to request Convention rates. Winking

The hotel is not sold out yet!!!!
Board members Gary Strode along with Bob Duvall have contacted the hotel management and the problem is now fixed. This happened last year also!
When making your reservations please mention the OSGA Jamboree for special room rates. Their number is 918 835-9911, hours are 8-4:30 CST.
Alas, history repeats itself!!!!!!
