1. Are a straight steel player, Not pedal steel
2. Have an open schedule for touring etc.
3. Are influenced by: Jerry Byrd, Don Helms, Noel Boggs, Speedy West, Leon McAuliffe, Bobby Koefer.
4. Are able to improvise on stage with out rehearsing.
5. Must be able to enjoy livin' life on the road!
6. Have the energy and ambition on stage to keep up with Wayne, Eddie & Huck on stage!
7. Live in Texas, or willing to re-locate,
