Well, a while back, I talked with Eddie Gossien, who played steel for Darryl Worley, Mel McDaniel, and Wade Hayes, and he'd played steel for Trent, but I think Eddie left the band to do more studio work.

I'm pretty sure Sasha Ostrovsky is still playing with Trent. I subbed some dates for Sasha last summer, and I know Tommy Hannum just did a few recently. It's a fun gig; there's a lot of room to play, and a lot of "rock and roll" lap steel. The one time I saw Sasha play with him his lap steel playing was outstanding, which makes sense; I think dobro was his main instrument when he played with "Bering Straits". |

When Sasha played for Bering Straits, he played a little bit of everything-pedal steel, dobro, and lap steel.
Tommy Hannum is now with Clay Walker, I think.
