Hi folks, my carter psg arrived early this week and I have got her all setup in the den. Got her tuned and have been reading alot on the web to get started. I was wondering if there are any recommendations from the folks here on a video course to get started.
I have played guitar for 40+ yrs, and my interest is in 70's country rock. There seem to be quiet a few course out there, any suggestions on which video course helped you the most.
Much appreciated.

Bill, with your experiance, I would recommend Reece Anderson's "The Missing Link" and two of Joe Wright's DVDs, "Secrets of the Wright Hand" DVD#1 and "Mixing Movements and Scales for E9th" DVD#3. Mr. Anderson's material will open up the neck for you and Mr Wrights material will unlock the hidden secrets of right and left hand technique using exercises and movements you will later need. And of course, almost anything by Mr. Newman, but especially his "Up from the top series". Again, with your experiance, Anderson and Wright. Playing music is not a problem for you, I'm sure, take caution to get the steel basics, they can be easily overlooked or even ignored by a guitar player with conciderable experiance and technique. IMO of course. Dick Sexton

Thank you folks for your feedback. I am looking over the Newman material and other recommended DVD's. Hoping to order something this week.
