How many steel players, feel like they are over the hill? Bob Carlucci ,said I'm over the hill and hitting rocks on the way down. Well ,i feel I"m not over the hill, but i got a dang , good view. at 52. totting my hernia 400 , around makes me feel old..I try to get my wife to do it. that didn"t work. so i put wheels on it. that helped. i must be crazy.to learn the steel ,practice for hours on end, just to learn a riff. tot equipment to and from, gig to gig.out late on the weekends.going to work monday thur friday, gotta love it. Tk

They say Stephen Grappelli got better and better over the years up till the very end. But then violins are almost as easy to carry as harmonicas.
