Hi guys,
what is the average heigth of your pac-a-seat? i was using a bench seat and now have a PSG pac-a-seat .all is well other than my right knee hits the right knee lever a little high, the left knee is fine.im looking for heigth in inches.(and no i dont want to install a lift kit on my guitar)my seat is 21.5 inches now but the bench i was using was 19 inches.making adjustments to the seat will be very easy if i need to do that.
thanks guys

The "Standard height" is not the same for all.

Steel Seat Standard is 20 inches
Steeler's Choice Standard is 21 inches
Walker Seat Standard is 22 inches

If you want to be sure, check with the Seat company, and if you buy new seat ask for your height.

Curtis: I have two pac seats, I am 6'2 & always had to raise most of my steels, one day I got the bright idea to take a tubing cutter & cut about 1" off the legs on my GFI pac seat, that solved a lot of problems for me. I later lowered my other seat, can't remember which brand it is, but that fixed me up real good.

The good news is that the legs are quite easy to cut off!

I've never encountered one yet that's too low.
