Flight Case Fell Over on my Foot

Last night while packing up to leave the gig and go home I managed to tip over my amp flight case with the steel in its case on top. I let out a few choice words and limped around for a while. This morning my foot is sore as hell and i'm not happy.
Anyone else have a few dumb accidents at gigs besides me.

Few months ago I was headed up on the stage and I tripped on a cord and took out the drum set like dominoes falling all over the place. I had a nice little gash on my head from a lug on the bass drum. EVERYONE SAW IT HAPPEN.

More years ago than I care to recall, I was using a little flight case for three effects racks and was packing up one night. I slammed the lid down and suddenly realized my forearm was still in the way. YOWCH! Still have the scar from that little escapade. I'm just glad there weren't too many people still there to hear my "commentary".

no physical injury to me (just psychological)...years ago setting up at a gig with a modular stage..the chick singer somehow accidentally moved the stage so the pieces separated, allowing one leg of my steel to fall into the void.... my steel cartwheeled onto the dance floor and though she was sure i was going to kill her, nothing happened to my old D10 'the professional" sho-bud. less damage even than when my girlfriend of that era dropped the vacuum cleaner metal hose on it!

Many years ago I had a Hammond organ that had been turned it a portable. The legs and bass pedals had been taken off and it was in a case that had one handle at either end. It was still so heavy it took two people, grunting and groaning to carry it.
Packing up one night I picked up one end to reposition it. It slipped out of my hand and landed on my instep.
The guys came in from loading some stuff in the trailer and found me grimacing in pain on the floor. They asked what was wrong, but it hurt so bad I couldn't even talk. It took at least 5 minutes before I could talk. Oh how it hurt.
I went to the doctor the next day but nothing was broken. Needless to say I waited for help from then on.

About 3 weeks ago I slammed my Steelers Choice pac-a-seat lid on my thumb. Pretty purple color.

A couple of years ago I was about to hang my rather heavy electric bass on the wall. But it slipped and landed, strap button first, right on my big toe. Yes, barefoot. Oooouuuuch! Couldn't walk properly for two months... No damage to the bass, though
