"Rumors are swirling about the pending demise of Napster creator Shawn Fanning's Snocap, says former MP3.com CEO Michael Robertson. 'Articles mention a sale, but more likely it will be a shuttering and quiet bankruptcy,' he believes. 'Snocap represents a commonplace occurrence in the music business — an unprofitable retailer which withers and eventually dies.'"

Yeah, I paid to buy a download of "Nightlife" by Steve Palusek from SnoCap. Never got the song. The file they sent me, keeps going back to Steve's my space page when I click on. They still charged me .99cents on my credit card for nothing. Can anyone just email me an MP3 of the song, and I'll quit grieppin about it.

Not to mention the fact that Snocap only pays the artist 50 cents per download. There is a new service here in Nashville called Speakerheart. It was started by a friend of mine that I trust, AND they pay the artist 75 cents per download. Winking
