Allen is a gentleman from Kentucky perhaps and he sounds remarkably like George Jones. His band might be called "Possum Tracks." His steel player is outstanding.

Everybody around here knows Big Al. He's played all the local jamborees and shows for many years. Big crowd pleaser, lots of energy and always a lot of fun to play with. Just about all the steel players around here were in house bands where Al was a guest.

Unless I missed it, there's no shot of the steel player in the video you posted, so no clue.

I don't recognize the steel player in this video which appears to be from the same show done at the Collins Theatre in Arkansas. Maybe somebody that plays the shows at the venue knows. Or he may have a steel player and a touring band these days...I don't know... haven't seen him and I have been out of the circuit for a few years now.
