Can someone please tell me what the numbers indicate?

Andy,

So far, there's been no satisfactory answer to this question, at least not on the forum. Many people have been wondering the same thing, including me. These stamped numbers appear to be a mystery to everyone. Hopefully this thread may unearth some info as yet undisclosed.
