Post by Dean Salisbury »

Im a beginner, so I guess my question is what tuning are you songs in? I play a non-pedal tuned to C6, would I have to change my tuning, if so to what?

Thanks Dean from NYC

My Question is are these tracks done by live players or are they made with something like Band in a box?

Well that is if your good enough and if your a good transposer. Which I'm neither at this point. I do know that as far as the chords go that is true. However, the melody if your a bigger isn't that easy I guess if it is tabbed for E9 tuning with pedals! lololol I would have no idea how to transpose the notes at this point. May be down the road! I do know that people tab in different tunings and the notes are clearly in different places. But I did order the material anyway, so hope I can figure it out once I see it!

I Still Never Got Mine

Post by Tommy Auldridge »

I sent a U.S. Postal Money Order for $9.95 on Jan. 28th. I then got an email from Mike on Feb. 11th. saying that he got my money order and that he would ship my order right away. I still haven't recieved anything and have emailed him twice in the past week. Now he won't even answer my emails. Just thought I should share story to see if anyone else has expierienced this sort of problem. Tommy A.

Yeah. It's been a while. I sent in a check a few weeks ago. I'm sure he has some personal issues. (I think his wife passed not too long ago, but my memory does tend to fail me at times.) It is possible he is attending a steel show (Dallas?) and is out of the loop for a while. I choose to be patient for a little while longer. He's a good guy. :D

Tommy,
I also sent a Pay-Pal order on Feb.18th, and have heard nothing since. I understand that Mike is a dry wall contractor, and maybe he had to go out of town on a job. Everything that I have heard about Mike has been very positive. Like Tamara, I will hang on, and hope that he is okay, and that maybe we will hear from him soon.

Tamara,
I received my CD on Saturday past. I e-mailed Mike a thank you note, and haven't heard anything else, so I assume that he is okay. Maybe yours will arrive shortly.
