I didn't expect you to play the Franklin with pics and type. That would be just too much.

Theresa, be careful what you wish for your clan. Winking

is it still possible to order a new Franklin? if so,what is waiting period on D-10? price? I was just thinking about Mr.Franklin Sr. another day and was wondering how is He doing and if He still builds guitars. If I ever buy an all pull guitar it probably would be a Franklin. I never playd one but heard grat things about it and there is something about small, one man, custom operation that I like, like a Promat,it is very personal experience and it feels diferent when you know that a master craftsman is building a great custom instrument just for you.I think it gives guitar special bond with a player, it`s not just "one of the floor" but "the one for you"...

Damir, I spoke to Mr. Franklin a few months ago, and he told me the waiting period would be approximately two years. The general consensus is to just look for a used one, which is what I am currently doing.
