I was wondering who the steel player was for Jack greene on his recording " The Last Letter" ? His tone and phrasing are perfect.Does anyone know. thanks,gene

Gene, I believe he rocorded that while still with ET and that would be Buddy Charleton

You guys are both right...Bud Charlton cut the first one when Jack was with E.T... I cut the one with Jack on the album "Jack Greene Sings His Best" Thanks for remembering us both. Merry Christmas to all. Ron

Thanks Larry. Mac Wiseman had a song years ago called,"'Tis Sweet to be Remembered", and thanks for that. BTW, I love your shirt in the Forum picture.
