All other DVD's will work properly. Will someone PLEASE HELP.

You have Windows Media Player 11 on a new PC, not 9. The Roxio is a separate and third party application it is not a Microsoft product. If you have what is supplied by Dell with a new PC it is a "lite" version of Roxio, not the full Easy Media Creator version. However, if you make a DVD using the supplied Roxio, make sure you finalize the DVD so it can play in any DVD player. I haven't seen that particular Roxio package and haven't seen many problems on the Dell User Forum about it.

You may want to post the problem on the Dell user forum and see what comes up there. There is a Photo/Video section on the forum and that would be the most applicable section to post in.

Here is the link to the Dell forum (you will have to register). http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums

Roxio also has a forum www.roxio.com but I don't know if they have anything for the OEM Lite Version.
