Does anyone know where I can find the Winnie Winston article telling about how the Sho~Bud scissor type changer can "predominate" when both the raise bar and the lower bar are pulled at the same time. Thanks. Coop

It was an article in the Pedal Steel Newsletter when Winnie was covering the St. Louis convention several years ago. Check past issues for November-December.

It is in Steel Guitarist No. 5,May 1980 with
Ralph Mooney's picture on front. page 49.

I believe, that is the article you are looking for.The complete set of PSG is the best deal,going, the lessons & tips are the BEST,I would reccomend getting a set while still available. Billy Lee Fraser Razz
