Does anyone know how to delete single items from the dropdown menu in the URL window? Kids put a bunch of stuff in there that they don't use but one time so it gets cluttered up with mistakes or things we never use.
I hardly ever use the bookmark function. I just use the dropdown URL menu to go to favorite sites.

I think I could just delete history and it would remove the whole thing. Then I could retype the ones I want to keep. But, seems like there ought to be a way to remove just the ones I don't want.

I'm running XP.
Thanks,
Ken

No way that I know of. That's a feature I wished they had for a long time but neither Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera have that feature.

I have my most often visited sites, such as the Steel Guitar Forum set as a "link" (and the links tool bar displayed) and I can just click on the link and go to it - don't have to rely on the URL dropdown or the favorites dropdown panel.
