Don Fulmer - Who made that guitar???!!!!

Of all the steels I've seen on the Forum, Don Fulmer has the coolest "tropical" paint job I've ever seen. I've done a search for brand names and close-up pictures of that steel and I'm having trouble finding it. Is that a "BasSan"? Who did the art work? Does anyone know how to get in touch with Mr. Fulmer to find out?

It is actually an Emmonds 10 string with only knee levers installed. He uses this one exclusively for Hawaiian songs. I don't know who painted it but I can find out. He also has another Emmonds that he uses for country (pedals and knee levers). Right now Don is snow-birding in Florida and won't be back home until the end of March.
