Has anyone here bought a Lowebro? I ran across them this morning and thought they have a very cool lo-fi tone to them. I'd love to hear the thoughts of anyone who has one.

There are a few videos here:

I've got one, it's a lot of fun especially at campfires and the like. You can't beat the built-in beer holder. very cool lo-fi sound with a reverb-e nature but not a lot of sustain. Recording found on my myspace page:

You should get one just because old lowe kicks a$$! They sound pretty good to me. Very deep south

My main question is, how is the intonation? It's a bit hard to tell in the videos. I know that it's supposed to be lo-fi but it would be hard to deal with if it couldn't play in tune.

The bridge floats, so if the intonation gets wonky, you just tap it. Longer scale length so lot's of room to compensate. I haven't really had a problem with mine, and your right, old lowe is a cool dude.
