Bill Ray - Rayline D10 Needs Maintenance

Has anyone had any contact with Bill Ray? I have sent email messages thru his website page with no response. I'm aware that there have been some health issues in his family this year which has made me hesitate to get on the phone. I purchased the D10 which is pictured on his website and it needs a going over. If anyone has any information or a suggestion for somewhere or someone else to go to I would appreciate it.
