Ok I just saw 'Beerfest' on the satalite; HBO,
and thought I recognized 'Barry'.
Well low an behold its Jay Chandrasekhar
and he is the director too.
Several pounds heavier than before, but so am I...

Well I worked on a couple of projects of Jay's
in NYC in the early 90's. I did some graphics compositing
for faux newsman scenes and funny imaging work.

Jay was great to work with and his checks were
on time and no hassles. Then I left NYC for Paris,
and never got back.

Well having seen him in Beerfest, I looked up
what else he did, and found Dukes of Hazard;
Giant head slap! I had seen this, more or less,
but never really saw the credits.

So theres the steel connection. Jay Dee.

Nice to see an old friend doing so well,
at something he loves to do.

Juvenile college audience stuff,
but that's a huge market,
and you can have a lot of fun with it.
And I haven't seen Chacha laugh so hard at an
english language movie ever.
