Lady Be Good: Gershwin and Gershwin (1924) (BiaB version)

The following is a link to information regarding the World War 2 American B24 named after the song and lost (later, found nearly intact) in a Libyan desert sand storm while on a bombing mission to Naples, Italy.

I tabbed the song using a version (Lady Be Good.MG1) from Band-in-a-Box, changed the key to F for playing along with a sax player, and set the tempo at about 140 beats/minute.
It is written for a 12-string universal, so has no 9th D string. The 9th is a B. My E-pedal lowers the 8th string a full tone to D. If not possessing this change, use string 9 instead.
Generally, it's a fairly easy tune to play, but there are some rather quick notes, particularly on the ending.
Notes crossed out are grace notes or slurs.
A couple of triplets are marked.
The tune is suitable for an up-tempo foxtrot, if you play for dances.
