Dear SCSGA members,
I was thinking of having another meeting/jam at Sam
Ash Music Store in Cerritos on Sunday, December 2nd.
The last one turned out great!
Would anyone be able to make it from 1:00pm to 3:00pm?
We can jam later if we would like.
E-mail me if you can make it that day. We will see
how many RSVPs we can get.
E-mail me if you are a manufacturer or a teacher
available to do a clinic/presentation.
I would really like to get a couple of clinics going
for the people that don't play steel guitar that may
be walking around the store. Possible ideas: Pedal
steel, lap steel, and Dobro; basic playing techniques
or technical aspects...tempered tuning, construction,
history, etc.
Again, manufacturers are welcome to do presentations
on their products. So e-mail me if you want to do
one.
