I just wanted to say what an awesome performance the pickers put on Sunday in Fairdale! It was great to see Charlie Steppe and his wife Marget there also. My dad Boogie played some lead with Scotty, Sharon and Chubby who all did great sets. Lynn Owsley was a total surprise to meet and is quite the character! The music was fabulous and I must say that Wayne Hobbs, Don Curtis and Terry Crisp wowed us all with their hot licks! And it was quite an honor to hear Billy Robinson in person. Thank you all so much for the great show!
Keep on pickin' and don't worry about losin' your licks as you age. You guys will always be incredible in our hearts!
