This song is played using E9th and C6th tunings. The Intro and E9th first verse and chorus are tabbed out. I left the piano part in to practice chimes against.

The rest of the story......

I blocked off the repeating patterns for one of the most common Mooney Riffs. This riff can be used all over the place. You can let the strings ring (as in the song) or palm block or play them with a plastic bar for a more muted sound. On some guitars it sounds better for this part if you pick the strings between the pickup and the changer!

The rest of the C6 story......

There's a lot of places where I use two feet on the pedals for convenience and this is another good argument for adding the C to C# change to the 3rd C6 string, if you don't have it.
