Thank you Bob Knight and the entire NTSGC
Stu and Me? Great honor indeed, the fact that I'm in with Stu is an added pleasure. Stu is as close a friend as one could have, since 1957! We were in the USAF together in Gene Autry OK. Ardmore Air Force Base. If we could only have known then,
Thanks to everyone, this is indeed an honor.
Very appreciative,
Bobbe Seymour

Bobbe! Congratulations, my friend!! Sorry I missed you. I was there Friday, but had to leave the next morning. But I'll be dropping by the store sometime soon to say hi.
And Stu, it was good to meet you and hear you play. I really enjoyed your set. "Another bridge to burn" was great and so was everything else you played. I really enjoyed it.
And Everyone else that played did very very well, I thought. Mike Johnson's set was great. And getting to visit for a good while with his brother Mark was a treat. Also, I really loved Ron Elliot's portion of the show; his awesome playing and humorous banter in between songs made that performance a real highlight. The whole day was a wonderful experience. Thanks to all who made it such a great event.

Another "Thank you guys".
Just a fast response from me to let you all know how much I appreciate your kind words and congratts. Stu and I have talked and both agree that this award is a very special one because of it coming from our peers (like you). This was a true suprise for us both.
I feel extremely lucky to have the friends that I do in this wonderful specialized field of the music world. AND, it's so great to hear from you friends and players and receive your kind words about this award. I'm sure my dear friend Stu Basore feels the same.
Again, thank you all so much,
Bobbe Seymour
