For you guys that like to use Tri-Flow and other "teflon" based lubricants, this looks pretty interesting.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, they have the small pen oilers for less than $2 each. It is light machine oil(turbine oil) and does not leave residue like teflon based products.

They ship empty. The bottles are made of HDPE - tough stuff. The metal top holds a black rubber gasket and screws on tight. I store 3-in-1 in one and Triflow in another and have never had a problem.

Every pro guitar tech I know has used a hypodermic-style (blunt tip industrial grade) lubricant application device for decades. I think the last time I used anything "out of the can" was Tri Flow, because it has its own 4" long tube on the non-aerosol unit.
