Where is Rex Blattenberger?

Sounds like a computer game :O) .... There are a few people who have been wondering what has been going on around here so I thought I would send a note in to the forum:
This is Marci. Its been a slightly insane year for Rex and I ... First , I had two major surgeries ( hip replacement and back surgery with the other hip scheduled for the beginning of january ) and then Rex had some back surgery ...Couple that with putting up a new building for a shop and the fact that we are a one-man operation . All of that has thrown us way behind on getting guitars out. Also, Rex hand makes EVERY aspect of his guitars with the exception of the pickups and the tuners ( but he does make the keyless tuners himself) rather than just assembling parts so it takes some serious hours to complete a guitar.
We returned one fella's deposit who was not able to wait for his guitar and we appreciate the patience of the others . We will have the guitar ( the deposit that was returned ) up for sale on the website shortly
Http://www.weneedthemoneyguitars.com and I will be revamping the website by the end of the month to showcase Rex's new acoustic electric lap steel ....( Wait till you all see these! They are gorgeous!)
So it may take us some time to get guitars out at the moment but I think its been generally agreed that they are worth the wait....and once the new shop is set up and functional, it should increase production speed...
