Hello all,
Newbie with a problem here. I E-mailed Rex to check on a guitar that is late, and have received no response after a week. I have tried calling the phone number on his website and get a full mail box message. Has anyone heard from him.
Thanks
Stephen

This is Marci. We havent had time to cruise the forum so this reply is late. Its been a slightly insane year for Rex and I ... First , I had two major surgeries ( hip replacement and back surgery with the other hip scheduled for the beginning of january ) and then Rex had some back surgery ...Couple that with putting up a new building for a shop and the fact that we are a one-man operation . All of that has thrown us way behind on getting guitars out. Also, Rex hand makes EVERY aspect of his guitars with the exception of the pickups and the tuners ( but he does make the keyless tuners himself) rather than just assembling parts so it takes some serious hours to complete a guitar.
We returned Stevens deposit shortly after he emailed us and when that guitar is finished ( which should be in another week or so ) , we will have it up for sale on the website which I will be revamping to showcase Rex's new acoustic electric version...
So it may take us some time to get guitars out at the moment but I think its been generally agreed that they are worth the wait....and once the new shop is set up and functional, it should increase production speed...
