It's a bit difficult to find the Blank Tuning Chart, but here is the process.

1.GO TO THE CARTER WEB SITE
2.CLICK ON: TECHNICAL SUPPORT
3.CLICK ON: THE STEEL GUITAR INFORMATION RESOURCE
4.CLICK ON: TUNINGS
5.THE 4th ITEM DOWN IS THE BLANK TUNING CHART
